01 — Workspace

Tri-Zone Layout

The app uses a three-panel workspace. All three zones are visible at once on desktop, with collapsible side panels.

Left Drawer

Navigation between skills, clients, and the admin panel. Collapses to a thin icon strip to maximize workspace.

Center Stream

The main chat area. Users type messages, receive real-time AI responses, see option chips for guided choices, and view inline artifact cards as they're generated.

Right Panel

The artifact workbench. Opens when a user clicks "View Full" on any generated asset. Shows the complete artifact with copy, download, and expand actions.

On mobile, the side panels slide in as overlays. The center chat always remains accessible.

02 — Screens

Main Screens

Four screens the user interacts with, each serving a distinct purpose.

🏠

Home

Starting screen

The skill selection screen. Users see available AI skills as cards and pick which one to work with. Shows skill name, emoji, description, and active status. This is the entry point every time the app is opened.

💬

AI Chat

Main workspace

The core of the app. Users converse with the selected AI skill in real time. The AI streams responses, presents option chips for guided choices, generates inline artifact cards, and auto-saves the full conversation history.

⚙️

Admin Panel

Skill management

Where administrators create, edit, toggle, and delete AI skills. Each skill has a name, emoji, description, and system prompt that defines its behavior. Changes take effect immediately for new conversations.

Artifact View

Right panel

When a user clicks "View Full" on an inline artifact card, the right panel opens with the complete generated asset. Different asset types render differently — campaigns show SMS + email, briefings show score tables, reports show performance sections.

03 — Navigation

How Users Move Through the App

The navigation flow from launch to content generation.

🔗

Sidebar Navigation

The left drawer is always accessible. Users can switch skills, return home, or jump to the admin panel at any time without losing their current conversation. Conversations are auto-saved and can be resumed.

04 — Chat Experience

How the Conversation Works

The AI chat is the core interaction model. Here's what happens during a conversation.

📝 User Messages

Users type naturally in the input bar at the bottom of the chat.

  • Free-text input for any question or instruction
  • Option chips for guided choices (click to respond)
  • Custom input when no option fits
  • Multi-line support with Shift+Enter

🤖 AI Responses

The AI streams responses in real time, token by token.

  • Text responses with markdown formatting
  • Thinking indicator when processing complex requests
  • Step progress counter for multi-step workflows
  • Option chips offered when choices are needed

📦 Generated Assets

When the AI produces a deliverable, it appears as an artifact card.

  • Inline card with title, preview, and type badge
  • Pulse animation on appearance
  • "View Full" opens the right panel
  • Copy and download buttons on every artifact
💾

Auto-Save

Every conversation is automatically saved after each AI response. Users can close the browser and return later — the full history is preserved, including all generated artifacts.

05 — Artifact System

Assets flow from the AI conversation into viewable, actionable artifacts.
